red chest is enchanted chest from base,, it's lvl 1 design from torturer dungeon or Traitor Catacombs,,, green arrow is from forsaken hermit,, capture and torture it on torturer chair, then you'll get the green arrow for 3 days

@@noble7667 it's on dungeon of tortures on 1-st floor , but it's only 1-st lvl, to get 2-nd you have to clear 13 waves in traitor catacombs, to get 3-rd you need to clear 14, and for 4-th all 15 (but it's a chance that you might get a designs, and each of levels longer that previous to complete, so be sure that's not gonna be fast)
