Plague Santa since it gives 2 unique presents compared to frozen treasure which gives only 1... But the 1st week missions need buff from the frozen treasure(easy to find chest)

The first week mission which says sth like "kill elves from Christmas chest" requires 15 elves. How can you get 15 when you can only get 2 elves per day and there are 7 days???

Christmas event the cheapest is using the buff from the Christmas tree... But you need to farm the ornaments first
