Let's be honest the comic was messy when you actually look at it, with the plot going from junior and mini to aku's daughter and vice versa BUT if you only follow junior and mini's story it's actually cool and totally deserves an animation with the occasional cross-over, like the chapters where the author explained mimi's back-story. The incest part could be left out of the animation, or give mini an actual love interest given the fact that they both are mandy's children.

Miracle Of Burst grim couldn't have children because he is death itself so they had to get someone else to get her pregnant then when she reached a certain point in her well pregnancy they aborted the baby making junior his . It was better explain in the comic but yeah just to let you know

I've been reading the comics since 2012 and boy am I really hooked on it still. Still following up on the updates and rereading it every once in a while (which was really nice and helpful and kinda bad since I understood the story more now) and the latest chapter really got me feeling bad for Mini and wow, Mandy is a bitch. Like no shit, she sucks. Junior is a whiny brat from the beginning and what they've gone through had made him grow, and he's not overpowered and he has a lot of flaws. I like that. He's still a brat, though, hoping for more character development. I'm less interested in the romance but don't have any issues with it so long its not noncon or anything, and it really helps that the writers are focused on the story of all characters.
