Just for some context grimes isn’t necessarily a vocalist. The vocal isn’t everything when it comes to her music because she’s heavily invested with her productions and plays a lot of instruments.

Apple Music credits show that she has multiple mixing engineers she works with. It seems that she writes and produces almost everything if not everything, but collaborates or hires people for mixing and mastering.
