will be using two of these on a 2600 watt g061 on a front fork with huge dropouts. I also "pre torqued" both torque arms in the direction of the front wheel spin to eliminate any slack. Hopefully, it holds up.

can the insert be removed and reinserted? Or is this designed to be inserted for the first time and not to be re-used? I was wondering about, such as re-using the torque arm for a different bicycle frame/motor.. when I might need to change the angle or change the Axle size insert.

You can press or pound it out and reinsert it at a new angle many times over no problem.

I just installed one of these on a Bullitt cargo bike that is running an eZee front hub motor. It's a huge improvement on the stubby little torque arm that comes stock with the hub, which in this case ended up allowing the axle to spin resulting in a damaged fork that had to be replaced. I will be ordering more of these for sure when they come back in stock.

So you only need 1 torque arm for either front or back??

Generally yes. And install that on the non-cable side of the axle for maximum strength.

I wouldn't expect a factory ebike to require aftermarket torque arms. It should be engineered with strong enough dropouts for the motor that it came with.

I'm needing one of this with 10mm axle for IGH ( internal gear hub) is possible to buy one of this in smaller dimension?

Usually the manufacturer of the igh will have a selection of keyed washers matching their axle for anti rotation of the shaft. We don't have plans to make a torque arm for this purpose

Nope! But you could use a All-Axle motor because it has an integrated torque arm. And what motor with axle flats works on a hollow axle anyways?

Yeah you can pound the pieces apart again if necessary to reconfigure for a different setup. But until that's needed it's very handy to have it behave like a single monolothic piece, especially each time you have to remove and reinstall the wheel.

No it's not. Can you clarify the date that it was purchased and if this was from our ebikes.ca website, from Amazon, or from a reseller? The inclusion of the socket wrench on the v6 arms package is something that was not part of the initial release but added a bit later.

Perhaps, but they are pretty unmatched for versatility and strength in this kind of application. 'P' clamps as are commonly used on torque arms for things like coaster brakes, drum brakes, and IGH hubs are very prone to fatigue failure by comparison. But, you could easily use a tight wrap of string or webbing, as done with fishing rods. That would be strong and very low profile.

Hose clamps are indispensable, providing a reliable and adjustable means to secure hoses and connections, ensuring leak-free fluid transmission and facilitating efficient operation of various systems. And they look ugly as af doing it.

Are the magnets supposed to be securely fastened buy glue do the Rotor Bell. lol people using JB weld super glue ex. And only one person has shown the motor actually working after this procedure💥💥🛠️🍔

I think it's a reasonable question you seem to be knowledgeable can you answer the question in a hub motor are the magnets supposed to be glued to the bell rotor
