Grindelwald is a wonderful village. We have been a few times in summer but not in winter. Loved the tantalising glimpses of the surrounding mountains.

Please, until what time does the cable car open? How long is the shop open? Are there many people on the streets at night? Thank you very much!

Cable car opens until 5pm normally some until 4:45 Shops close at 6pm but some souvenir shops stay until 9pm Times change depending on the season you need to check online
