Bring back this system, let me grind for money to buy any attachment I want instead of having to level up weapons one at a time. Its not fun being forced to stick with one weapon for 40+ matches just so I can unlock the scope I want.

Man this brought me back. My first and favorite Call of Duty game. Things were simpler back then. You had everything unlocked, just needed to buy what you wanted. Simple "2 attachment, 3 perks" system, good maps, good campaign. I played the shit out of this game. Thanks for this video.

This was my f@$kin life for 8 months solid when it came out, I was at the midnight release at GameStop with my dad my senior year of HS. Just hearing the multiplayer lobby music gets my bloodlust going like a shot of red bull to the veins. Doom is the only other game that makes me feel this way.

Ngl, Enfield is slept on. It's probably the only solid weapon when you're a low level. I was kinda hoping you'd play ascension and activate the song. Fucking love abracadavre.

I find it theraputic seeing a new player play have fun and improve. Maybe its a weird thing but this reminds me of og cod commentaries that talked about fun or life back then but also helped casual players improve by learning from simple digestable stuff. I wish i thought of this maybe one day i can get out my comfort zone and do something like this on youtube or twitch

My favorite cod. I feel almost lucky to have experienced this game during its prime. I played it on both ps3 and 360 bc I had friends on both and I liked it so much. I played it on and off for years alongside whatever the newest cod was at the time. Cod will never be like this again

The glitch you were talking about on five is a majorrrr nostalgia trip! You had to break specific spots on the window to get the right barriers built then you could jump on them and reach the middle table and you couldn't get hit. Times I wish we could get back😔

I remember i started playing this game when it came out, i was 7. I'm pretty sure i got to prestige 13 when i was 9. Loved everything about this game, replayed the campaign multiple times and was a god at multiplayer for a while. This game also got me into the zombies, now im prestige master on bo3 & bo4 zombies. This is one of the best games that i have ever played and always will be. Love the vid bro, brought some nostalgia back for me

Me and my friend practically skipped the entirety of year 10 in high school to blast this game. I remember my dad would wake up for work, stick his head in my room at like 6am and say “are you going school?” We’d still be up playing, I’d be like “naaa” and he would call the school for me and say I’m sick. Went on for almost a year hahaha no very good parenting. I loved him for it though cos meant I could blast BO1 all day everyday 👌🏼

It feels like from these older games, MW2, BO1 and MW3 the flinch and hit detection are just horrendous to deal with. It doesn’t matter if you shoot first, you will die first, yet if the enemy shoots first they always win and kill you either through flinch just magically not affecting them or helping them or the hit detection being so bad it favors them and never favors you

The last true COD game and arguably the best one. It had so much to offer. The multiplayer maps were well balanced and fun to play, the weapon upgrading system was not overly complicated, perks were simple and effective, best zombie maps DLCs included, gambling game mode for the risk takers, community created maps to play things like Michael myers and RC racing, and the list just keeps going on…. They don’t make games like these anymore
