Im supprised he even got thru to them.Customer service sucks.A word to the wize;buy you items onsale ie,1 hp grinder w/footpedal retail $635/ON SALE $350 same unit.I never recieved my other items That I PAID FOR.You wanta get PORKED an LOSE $250 dont wait.Thats what happened to me.
