It’s shame you and your crew did not enjoy the fresh fish, I appreciate you wanted it to be marinated for few hours before grill or oven bake. Fish is a very delicate western enjoy it with butter/cheese and herbs / lemon.... absolutely fabulous taste... otherwise it was lovely scenery, lush green, it’s shame cooking arrangements on roadside are not hygienic level, no one can beat Iran the cleanse and tidiness... you should always make point of commenting on the environment upkeep by the local.
