When I changed my grips I looked at Amazon ones as well. I opted for the Kuraykan grips right out the gate and not had any issues with them in the years they have been on the bike.

Rho - nice video - did you need to loosen the throttle cables at all or did you just twist the grip as is like you showed?

Thank you 😊 I guess you could say I loosened it. By twisting like I did, it released tension just enough to get this cables out of the slot.

What do you mean on new bars, the nibble down must be done, so the thing fits down in the hole? Is there some drilling involved.

Yes, there’s a notch that goes in a round slot on the stock bars. It has to be dremeled down for non-stock bars.
