This is Grise de St. Jean from an unknown European source. I wish I knew who exactly it leads back to. Regardless.. It's extremely beautiful. You will be hearing more about this fig in the future. Videos, blog posts, it's one of the standard varieties everyone ought to know.

I did years ago. It's only for dry climates and TBH there are much better choices unless you're selling commercially.
