You know, I've never thought of responding to the sac trigger on Reflection with a Reflection to keep a chain going off of a single one. Probably because most of the time you get to do a Reflection chain you win on the spot (which, let's be honest, is what happened here the opponent just didn't want to acknowledge it until a turn-and-a-half later).

At a 4 cost shes too expensive for a 4/5 Deathtouch that gains life?

She's large enough that red and green struggle to remove her, and if she sticks for a couple of turns she usually swings life totals heavily enough that aggro decks just unavoidably lose. Not amazing against control, but she heavily punishes digging for answers if they've run out. There aren't a lot of 4-drops that can win the game just by existing long enough.

@@padistar6856 It's a local meme born from CGB's mistake made at new set's review. He claimed that Jace would make Sheoldred killable with Cut Down (which he, in fact, won't). Really shows you CGB isn't much of a blocker himself...

Every time I see you playing Jace I really want the card to suck. I think it is actively bad, with the exception being in this specific type of meta where it becomes pretty good. I think the issue I see in the meta currently for non-Jace piles is that they simply cannot apply enough spread out pressure for them to keep Jace pinned down - I think if they could, Jace would be the actively bad card I truly think it is. I think a hidden sleeper could be anvil control, which saw a little play as Kaldheim was on its way out, so I think a bit of the cat-oven vibes against grixis and specifically Jace could be good.
