3:49 Okay, y'all... So, three things: 1. Last week was my school's spring break. 2. I dream very infrequently, and very rarely. And 3. I often times have issues using the bathroom, primarily in person (we love dealing with nervous bladder!) All these don't seem like the would be connected, but I assure you that they are, because, during spring break, I would stay up very late at night, often times up to 2 in the morning ("late" for the fact that it was a week break from school, and I would have to go back to waking up early again once the week was out), constantly snacking and sipping on things because being off of my focus meds means my hunger isn't as repressed and makes me eat half the house in one day. Because I was staying up so late, I would go to sleep late, and stay in bed for a long time, more often than not waking up at, or _well_ past, noon. But... because of all the stuff that I ingested, and then proceeding to conk out for a shit ton of hours, whenever I'd wake up, I'd have to pee so incredibly bad. And for whatever reason, I guess this need made itself known while I was asleep, and THEN got transported into a dream scenario for me?! Pretty much every time, it was something along the lines of me being in a environment or situation that would cause nervous bladder to act up, and no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't go. And mind you, this was a _multi_ day thing,--like, a large majority of my spring break was spent waking up from these weird peeing-related dreams. It took several days of this occurring before I finally realized: this was literally my body's way of preventing myself from pissing myself. The urge and need was there, but my brain, I guess, realized that I was not in the correct position to relieve myself, and to prevent myself from waking up to a nasty-ass mess, it made me dream of those scenarios where I couldn't pee, so I _wouldn't_ pee. Brains are fucking wild, man.
