So it is possible to find him in the vanilla game but he does not do anything due to his code not being complete. The people who made brutal company made it so you can see his character by adding special modes (lasso man is real) The only BAD thing he can do is lower your character’s sanity, so when you see the mode SCHIZOPHRENIA (ghost girl and lasso man) lasso man will lower your sanity and the ghost girl will appear when your stamina is lowered.

Grizzy I’m not sure if the other guys know but your sanity level decreases depending on how long you stay alone inside the facilities. If you roam around in the dark for too long, without any contact with your crewmates, your Sanity Level will drastically go down. Moreover, not communicating with the crewmates also decreases your Sanity Level. Also your Sanity Level also gets impacted if you move your camera too much. It also depends on how much value the scraps in your hand have. Overall, maintaining a high Sanity Level is a bit tough in Lethal Company If your sanity level is too low the ghost girl will go after you She goes after the one with the least sanity
