Albert Dekker was a tough man in his youth the way he climbed that oil tower and swung around on the ropes. Too bad he was a fruit cake with his sensuality, found dead with a noose around his neck tied to a curtain rod with two needles in his arm. God have mercy on his soul!

John Wayne's character is corny to me because he's chasing a women that is charmed by a rich man. She got bought. The Duke is jealous of another man's possession, I don't like the plot but his movies are good. I take back a lil of what I said because, he reminds me of Forrest Gump in this film.
