I'm planning this climb in the beginning of august. Never did a climb like this, but I'm cycling weekly. I'm from Belgium and did already some climbs here but those are small haha. Great video! nice footage, hope I will get such nice footage too. If you want to cycle up for a 4th time, you're welcome :)

hi there, I am trying visit Austria in mid of Mar as honey moon. I may visit Grossglockner by rental car even it is closed(May be till toll gate?) , do you think it is worth it?

Usually the toll road opens sometime in May. Don't really think it's worth it just to go to the toll station. Cheers Ingo

Nice! Went up there in May and suffered, but also enjoyed it a lot. ^^ kzbin.info/www/bejne/mXiupJ55oNt9qqs I wonder why there is no video from being on the road up to Edelweißspitze... ;-) It's soooo tough when you have already climbed up to Fuscher Törl and then have to put in everything in order to make it up the cobblestones that lead to the Edelweißspitze.
