Lemon- Garlic Potatoes:
-2 pounds yellow potatoes
-1/4 cup olive oil
juice of one large lemon
1.5 teaspoons salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1.5 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 cup low sodium chicken stock
Bake at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours. Make sure to toss every 30 minutes
Sockeye Salmon
drizzle of olive oil
-salt, pepper, garlic powder
drizzle of fresh lemon juice. Top salmon with fresh lemon slices.
Airfry at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Carrots:
Wash, peel, and chop carrots
Drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
season with salt and pepper
-bake at 425 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. I baked them with potatoes so they took longer since I had oven preheated at a lower temperature.

Check the ground beef to see where it's from . I no longer buy it since it has 2 other countries in it. Scary.

It is USDA inspected. And some countries treat their cattle better making it healthier especially since it’s grass fed beef and that’s harder to find in US
