Just in-case you ever think you are struggling for content......I live in Edinburgh. ( just based on this video alone ) this store is drowning in brands and goods I have never heard of. And the brand names I'm familiar with have things unfamiliar here, too. In America you have - as an example - Kellogg's strawberry, chocolate and cinnamon flavoured Frosties. So, to me , your shopping outings will never get boring.

I just learned this hack, I saw a video where you can use the eggs shells for calcium. They said to take the shells and boil them for about 5 minutes then drain the water and pat them dry then put them in a bowl and crush them until they are in small pieces and then put them in a jar and use them on your salads and other foods. The shells has more calcium. So you don't have to throw away your egg shells. It's just a suggestion. Something to think about. And you will receive more calcium that you need as well. I thought 🤔 I would share.

Hi,👋🏾 Cherry 🍒 I noticed that you and Myla is under the weather. You can use lemon and honey and you can use ginger with honey as well. And make a tea out of them. It will help you with the coughing etc. Great grocery haul. I love ❤️ spinach and the hillshire farm sausages and the bagels the everything bagel seasoning I have that. I go to Food 4 Less, the Grocery Outlet Store, Ralph's Albertsons etc .I get the things I need. I write down things as I running low on and I have it when I go to the grocery store. And I go to trader Joe's. They have certain things that I can get and eat because I'm sensitive to gluten it makes me sick and I get a rash itching etc. If I want fresh meats I go to Food 4 Less and get them there or another store.❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊 Have a great weekend I went to target 🎯 yesterday and bought a Christmas throw and pillows to match. And bought some toys for my Great nephews and Great Niece. I bought new bath towels towels and face towels, underwear and other items. I spent$ 212.38. It was nice to get to go Christmas shopping. I couldn't do it last year. I don't get to go to the stores. I shopped online. And sent presents to my family etc. and I was sick last year as well. This year will be different.

Aldi's or Walmart is cheaper for chips and juice. Dilute juice with water to make it last longer and reduce the sugar intake. I pour half juice and half water in my kid's cup and she can't tell the difference.
