Aldi restocks grocery, cooler, produce, and freezer every morning. But if it’s busy throughout the day they run out of things and can’t always fill as fast as it comes off the shelf. Wednesday is restock for Aldi finds, which is the isle of shame most people call it.

Stevia is natural but it's also a cause for blood pressure issues and a lot more. I would suggest regular sugar, as long as you don't use large amounts you're good and even with some calories it's still a safer option than stevia where we don't know the long term effects. Coca cola zero also contains stevia and the more zero sugar stuff you buy, the more stevia and other even more agressive suger replacements you will get in your body. Alot of brands offer these options because they simply wanna take advantage of the hype of pretending to be healthier, while in fact there is nothing healthy about it. Whatever you wanna do with this information is up to you ofcourse.

She may not know to research processed meats and read about research done that shows they increase the likelihood of cancer. There are more ways to be kind other than blowing smoke up someone's ass.
