Hi Hayley! I was wondering if you'd consider a "living alone tips" video? I'm moving out soon and am really excited but also quite nervous. For obvious safety reasons, but I've always lived with other people (family, friends, boyfriends, etc) so getting used to nights and days alone will also be an adjustment. Also, watching so many supernatural shows and movies only adds to my paranoia :X Only if you're comfortable ofc

I lived alone for 7 years. Best tip I can give you is to always have your phone with you, and if your car is parked near your apartment, keep your keys with you, this way you can use the panic button if you need help. This will give you a sense of security. Oh and always close the blinds at night.

Actually having too much soy is very hard to do , its a common misconception. Eating a large amount of soy in your diet combined with other whole foods is not bad at all. 🙃 However there are studies on drinking too much kombucha which can lead to digestive issues. Love the video!
