The produce lasts much longer, just make sure to change the top paper towel if it get damp

Glad you enjoyed it! I have stopped buying books even though I love them, so the library and my e reader are essential for me. Plus the libraries here always have lots of activities and groups that meet there.

Hey, really cool ways to preserve vegetables! I've tried a few of these myself. I also keep dill and parsley in a jar of water in the fridge. I loved the library. I'm a huge library fan too. I'm thinking about getting a hydroponic garden, but I'm a bit worried about buying one for myself since our humidity here is pretty high. We're always dealing with mold. Hope your herbs sprout soon! 😊❤

The vegetable definitely store for longer this method. I haven't noticed that the Aerogarden increases the humidity, but it is quite dry where we live. Thanks for watching
