Hi Candace. Praying that you all get better soon. I made a thing this week that had corn, peas mixed with mayo shredded cheese salt pepper and purple onion. I'm eating it with hot Cheetos, so I guess you can say that it almost turned out to be like a chowder/ elote but with no ham and potatoes 😅 Our youngest son went back to school only to stay home for the weekend because of the unusual snow here in Texas 😊
