I am from Lombok of Indonesia. We are learners of English. How to begin speaking with a tourist when we meet them while sleeping on the beach.?

Hm if someone is relaxing I probably wouldn’t disturb them! 😅 but if you want to begin talking to someone maybe just begin with Hello and explain that you are trying to learn some English would they mind talking to you?

As local people needed to speak with tourists but we can't do it. Because We are learning about English in class is very boring. If you have suggest or advice for us.

No problem!! English completely depends on who you end up talking to - more often than not if someone can’t understand they’ll ask a friend to help. But it’s quite easy to just point as it’s all Infront of you!
