Hello, Enzo! I'm a big fan of your videos. Thanks for uploading them, they really bring me calm and cozy feelings!) Just a little tip from the nutritionist, you can consider switching your oat milk to the nut milk of your choice (without added sugar), cause oat milk is basically grinded oats, which are simple carbohydrates, with water and this form will crash your glucose level really fast. (It's like drinking a glass of coke or juice.) Plus it's a good way to add healthy fats to your diet)

This is so relaxing. One thing though, no offense meant, this is just a suggestion. Separate food from soaps and stuff when putting them in the cart because the food may get contaminated if there's a leak or something. It rarely happens, but you should still be careful.

None taken. Yep I got that comment even from my mom lol. I separated them with the rest but after grabbing the laundry stuff, I put the detergent down right away to head to the cashier because it was almost closing time 😅 Hopefully this comment is something that would help others, too. suggestion lang po if mag re restock kayo, try nyo isalin yung dating laman bago nyo ilagay yung bago saka nyo ilagay sa itaas para yung luma muna yung ma consume like for example yung sa oatmeal baka mas early yung expiration date nung nasa ilalim tapos napapatungan ng bago huehue. anyways new subscriber here napadaan tong vid eh, I find it therapeutic to watch keep going!

To be honest, the food part is finished within 2 weeks (except for the canned goods). The other stuff naman na hindi food (laundry detergent, joy, etc) those will last siguro a month or two. Ang mahal na talaga mag-grocery these days 🥲.
