Thanks for this, Paul! I've tried to compile a small collection of Toscanini conducting American composers' music and there isn't a whole lot out there. But your great sounding Grand Canyon restoration is a welcome addition. I think it's a pity that such wonderful sounding music has been somewhat neglected in recent years. Maybe it's because Grofe is deemed not to have the "credentials" to be taken seriously? I hope your audience takes the time to enjoy this repost...
