Is this mod compatible with Max Payne 1 AI upscaled HD textures mod ?

Only if you install just the skylines textures. For the normal textures (water, buildings exteriors, etc...), no (I used the base textures files, as using the upscaled HD textures mod would require obtaining permissions first from this mod's creator, but technically using his mod as a base would work).
