Might be a stupid question. Got a customer who complaints about this product. We fixed it several times, but now they complain about the pressure can be turned alle the way of on the nobs. Is this normal, or is there anything wrong?

Hallo Ik heb nu de handdouche op uitgang A aan gesloten. kwam beter uit betreft leiding route. Zou toch niets uitmaken?? Bediening knopjes kun je op de plek zetten waar je maar wilt.

Maar nu de hamvraag bij het afzagen van de zwarte stangetjes: moet deze dan in-gedrukt of uitgedrukt zijn voordat je ze afzaagt. Is mij niet duidelijk in dit filmpje. Ik heb hoe dan ook toch nieuwe zwarte stifjes nodig.

@@GROHENederland Super dank voor deze snelle reactie. Ok misschien een tip om dit ergens in het filmpje eens extra te vermelden in de toekomst. Wij hebben ze nu iets te kort helaas. Het werkt even goed zo. Alleen in de uit-stand staan ze iets naar binnen en niet gelijk aan de buitenkant knop. Zijn deze zwarte stifjes ook eventueel los te krijgen ? Ik las ergens dat deze dan alleen in een verlengset kan bestellen ? Rond de 100 euro ? Met vriendelijke groet, Danny

Dear, i bought this thermostat. Everything well but when i turn off the water ( no more than 30 seconds ) and than turn on again, water come cold for a little ( 2 sec ), than back warm again. Is my thermostat working properly or not?

Hi, my product is mixing cold water with hot water in the system. Precisely, hot water valve is turned off under my boiler so there should be not coming any water from my sink tap hot water , still, SmartBox lets cold water into the hot water system (across the house). Which part can be faulty? The termostat part? We checked and it is for sure the SmartControl that mixes hot/cold water within the pipes across the house.

Ik heb de grohtherm met twee knoppen. Nu heb ik meer waterdruk op de handdouche dan op mijn dure regendouche kop. Als ik draai aan de knop, kan maar een klein beetje dan neemt water niet toe. Lijkt alleen ecoflow en geen fullflow. Doe ik iets verkeerd? Cosmopolitian 310 douchekop en geeft nu geen fijne douche ervaring. Cw5 ketel en druk zit wel op de handdouche.

That whit clip at 5:20 is really hard to put in place. Plumbers are indeed known for their fairy fingers :). Again something made by someone who didn't try his invention. Too sofisticated. Old system where really simpler than that and easier to install and repair. It's sad because Grohe has such a good reputation but it seems quality isn't their priority anymore. Still making good quality compare to white brand but competitor have better system. I'm saying this hoping Grohe could make high quality, good budget again.
