Not that i comment much but have been there and done this with a young ottb before. It does catch you off gaurd when you get a ride like this, but if anything just go back to basics if you feel she isn't listening. Start with just a pole on the floor, gradually build up the a jump size you do with her. Poles before and after a jump helps with rushing and just add lots of half halts in the session. I do enjoy seeing a youngester having fun in the school lol, glad she felt better at the end tho 😌

my connemara started to do this randomly, like he was very lazy and all of a sudden i have no control over jumps, mines 6 as well and he has gotten into a habit of going to the fence at a quick pace, but mine is able to turn very suddenly just becauser of a small amount of polox i have done on him, but you always feel like ur going to quick and then you look at the videos are your really not, but mine gets worse thruout the lesson and i js loose my seat so i have no seat.
