The generic refill blades from Amazon work better, include an actual shaving head, and are cheaper.

3:22 thats because you also subscribed to the automatic refil program which refills every 4, 6 or 8 weeks which tells me you haven even had the damn thing for 8 week (max) to give it an honest review. because if you had you would have realized why it was so cheap.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...hiding behind the internet! Mine worked great for 5mos..then started acting wierd...display inop...won't turn on...two days later turns on but won't turn off...have to let it run till battery dies...as i type this it is charging and won't turn off!! They just want the blade subscription and to sell their way OVERPRICED shaving products.. also its great when it comes on at 3AM and runs till the battery dies!
