To Daniel: I've been doing ballet for 14 years (I'm a girl). But my dad just started ballet. He's over 50. So go to an adult class! It's so much fun and it's amazing to watch! (Plus he got my mum into it too, and it's just adorable). Plus the adult classes aren't just like, old people. There are younger people too! Go follow your dreams!
