As an old garage head who became a massive jazz fan later in life it’s amazing how jazzy all the garage of this era sounds as no one was saying it at the time! Maybe jazz was built into more music’s dna back then compared to today!

Brillant comment man, I could have a twist on it and say that It was getting into jazz drumming at 6-7 first, then growing up getting into electronic music more I found UKG and realised I love it for having "that" swing feel which I've been looking for. Peace!
