Grooves and Foods Festival Returns to Maple Grove, Starts July 17

Coming to Maple Grove’s Town Green this summer, a return of the Grooves and Foods music festival. This year there are seven shows, all offering tributes to music legends. Maple Grove musician Mick Sterling is producing six of the shows. “Every week is a different band, so the 17th is a tribute to The Bee Gees. We have Springsteen, we have the Stones, we have Michael McDonald to Christopher Cross. We have Boz Scaggs. We have Heart. And the last show is a big band called Vintage Vegas, an 18-piece big band doing Sinatra, Bennett, Garland and Liza,” said Sterling. The shows are free and run every Wednesday through Aug. 28.
