Train trusses are dangerous, and kids are stupid, with or without bad spirits lol I've been saying for years every train truss should have a little sidewalk and guardrail by it, wide enough for someone to avoid getting hit by a train, and also not have cracks big enough to slip through. I know it's tresspassing and the train companies don't want people on railroad property, but you can give them their fine later, after catching them when they get down and they're alive and well. Using danger as a deterrent from breaking a Class C Misdemeanor or company policy is ridiculous. I know it's not technically for that reason, but it is the effect of it.

The fact you had to google are there goats in Kentucky was a bit funny 😂😂. I was raised in eastern Kentucky, nothing like this area, but I never heard this story. Where I come from we were weary of wolf man. I remember vividly the man used to walk by the road everywhere. He was very scary to a little kid. But supposedly on full moon nights he turned into a wolf and stalked people/homes in the area. I never heard of anyone really being hurt by him though. If I’m not mistaken they said his eyes glowed in the dark just as an animals.
