Gross Barmen - Namibia

I woke up early in the morning at Gross Barmen to jog and when I looked up, I saw a full moon and on the opposite side the sun was rising. It was an amazing experience. Gross Barmen which is managed by Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) boasts a natural hot spring. The waters at Ma'in are rich in minerals and offer a range of fabulous benefits. The water is proven to help with blood circulation, respiration, digestion, and relaxation. I felt so great when I went in that indoor warm pool. It is located about 100 km from the capital city of Windhoek, nestled on the banks of a tributary of the Swakop River. Video - Kashindi Ausiku
