One person can fill 4 or more paper or plastic bags per minute with the bagging scale and system shown in the video. Typical accuracy with the digital load scale and controller +/- 0.5-1% of the target weight.
Product flows by gravity from a supply hopper into the bagging scale. After a bag has been clamped to the fill spout, the operator starts a fill cycle and the material flows through the gravity gate into a funnel spout and into the attached bag.
This type of machine is an automatic mechanical gross weigh scale that simultaneously fills and weighs product directly into the bag.
This bagger is available with a 22 or 29 inch spout circumference and is the perfect entry-level bag filling machine.
