बहुत अच्छे से एक्सप्लेन किया आपने 👌👍 वैसे ग्राउंड बीम की जरूरत सिर्फ ढीली रेतीली मिट्टी वाले एरिया में ही पड़ती है जैसे रेगिस्तानी टाइप का इलाका हो जहां सख्त मिट्टी है वहां इसकी जरूरत नहीं है वहां सीधे ही फाउंडेशन में पत्थर की सोलिंग कर चिनाई कर प्लिंथ बीम दे दिया जाता है

Around periphery we can provide ground beam then after it is not necessary to provide plinth beam.Only inside areas we can provide plinth beam. And above ground beam we can construct brick masonry upto inside plinth beam level. Waiting for answer to my dought.

Usko footing ki height se nahi dekha jaata, balki ground level ko dekh kar diya jata hai. ground beam always Natural Ground Level (NGL) per diya jata hai. Aur uske uper plinth level plinth beam.

That brick wall called curtain wall. I provided road fronting half portion on plinth beam and back of that i provide ground beam and portuin used for semi bacement parking.. as ground level is 5 ft below from plinth.. and later i managed that level differance and taken benefit with mezanine floor. With that down flr.
