Ground Hog HD99 Towable Auger Overview

This is a general overview of the new Ground Hog HD99 towable auger unit. I do not show how unit operates with auger bit, just a general overview of the specs and setup of the auger. Please comment if any questions and subscribe to my channel.

Is it hard to keep the auger going straight for a straight hole? On a few videos I saw the auger bit looked like it was starting to go crooked then the operator pushed the machine to straighten it. I plan on using one of these machines to do around 50 holes (some close to trees). Thank you for the great video you have made.

No, it's not hard to keep them straight. We have 3 of these now and people LOVE them.

looks like a work horse ....what's the maximum hole diameter and depth?

This will do up to an 18" and they make up to 3' extensions

What’s the maximum depth Frost line here is 4’. Will it dig past that?

How hard are these to move around a yard with a hill? or going over gravel or 1-2" landscape rocks?

Hi, yes we can ship there. What size bits do you want? It will do up to 12". I have 6", 8", 10" and 12" for mine.
