Congratulations Matt! Rich has given so many interviews and for someone who hears all the episodes of his podcast I feel like I already know quite a lot of his story. But you made it! You brought up new stuff and allowed Rich to share his perspectives on other subjects. Great interview, keep grinding !

Wow, really really LOVED this interview with Rich Roll! I have never heard many of these things, and how it was so honestly shared, down to specifics... that's the humility and honesty that I want. That inspires me to live REAL LIFE authentically. There is no way forward but to take a step... to have that courage. I heard so much of this, and the echoes of recovery, which fuels me as well. Bravo Matt, your approach is real and fresh. You came prepared and you listened. The energy was perfect. I also like the soft tones and stillness to the visuals, I'm the same age as Rich so while I appreciate lots of hip, fun camera work, I can only engage with that for a short time. What keeps me engaged and encourages the experience to seep in, is the focus on the conversation, the clarity of the audio, thoughtful questions and the guests willingness to share without ego. Well done.

This is probably the best interview of Rich that I've seen, and I'm pretty sure I've seen everything else he's done. You just got more from him than other interviewers. Very impressive and a fun convo!

I agree with Rich about how talented you are, Matt! what I really love about your work is not only the amazing content but how you manage you present it so beautifully... I mean, the minimalist film was so beautiful! and your podcast, specially the little sort of trailers you put out there about something someone you invited just shared is just awesome. I think if you ever decided to hire someone to do the editing, let that person do the things that are kinda mechanical... but those beautiful, heart-felted and meaningful content should still be done by you!

Fabulous episode. You are a master of a real conversation getting to the story of the person in an easy, natural way. Not hitting the clichés as the main points. I have read Rich's book which was great but feel that you got him to expose who he really is and how he thinks. Loved it!

RIch has a very good podcast, some great guests with valuable insights. Wish he would switch to subscriber support like Sam Harris and others, and skip the sales pitches for "stuff" he weaves into the first 10 minutes or so. Really detracts.
