I know it's kinda old but have you guys ever tested a system with Yellow: One Second? To me it's a great SQ test album. The subtle nuances and sounds is just phenomenal. Just wondering.

You mean the Hydrogen series? I can let you know Tuesday how they sound. I got a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander, I got 4-12s Hydrogen series going in a custom built birch box tuned to 32Hz. Each pair of subs is powered by a Memphis MOJO 3k (so 6k on the subs) I got 2- matching 800.4 MOJO AMPS running my mids and highs. At 4ohm x2 that’s putting 400watts bridged Mono to my back doors which has 1-8in mid in each door. And the 2nd amp is set at 2ohm 200x4 for my front doors and pillars. 2-6.5 and 2-4in with 2-silk dome tweeters. All mids and high speakers are Ground Zero equipment. All doors are sound deadened with Hushmatt and foam. My wiring in Memphis wiring with the larger stuff being some stuff my local shop had from a previous build. (Don’t cheap out on wire? I did a DSP of course, and an Audio control Line Converter. Big 3 upgrade, XS POWER BATTERY. I don’t think I’m forgetting anything but that’s the main equipment. I got about 8k in equipment and labor because yes I had my buddy help me with some of the work. I’ll show some of our team work over the years.

Custom means they aren't the typical stamped steel basket. It's got some company design into it. If you like the dyno. Big D does them pretty exclusively.

How did you by pass the factory amplifier?(infiniti)

They replaced the factory HU with a Sony GS9 and ran RCA'S. No need for the factory amp after that.

@@ceavalencia4767 Fernado's car is an Infiniti G35 coupe. Usually it depends on if your FX35 has navigation from the factory. In my G37 (r.i.p.), I had navigation. I had to get a salvage factory amp and make my own bypass harness because I didn't want to cut the factory harness. Check out Metra and PAC for harnesses and dash kits.

@@gonzoe123 no Nav. I have looked up several methods since I was afraid to cut the Bose harness. I even tried those "tesla" style tablet from Amazon specifically for my 2007 FX but my AC controls were going crazy so I returned it. I ended up cutting it 2 nights ago. Soldered it but not happy with my work.

I was looking at Rhino Radio because they were getting the best reviews and apparently they consistently ship with the correct harness adapters. They were advertised as having DSP chips sets but I found several reviews that commented that the Bose SQ was significantly better than the "Tesla" screen.
