It really takes time from official planning and official feasibility studies. PINAKAMAHIRAP ang MAGHANAP NG PERANG IPAPATAYO or gagastusin sa projects. Sa buong project, kapag may pera (loan or budget) na at Right-Of-Way (ROW) acquisition, ang pinakamadaling gawin ay ang actual construction. (NAGLALAWAY or NAG-AAGAWAN ang mga BIG-TIME CONTRACTOR kapag SOLID na ang BUDGET at tapos na ang OFFICIAL FEASIBILTY STUDIES). It usually start at official feasibility studies with official government funding. Then the hard negotiation for FUND solicitation thru loans. Then 5 to 6 presidents after them will be paying the LONG-TERM (compound) INTEREST RATE. LIke for example, many BBB projects were actually from up to two presidents before. Some official feasibility studies started in 1999. SKYWAY-Stage-1 was started in 1995 (finished 1999). First of all, this is an old video and is the very first presentation video about the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project. Of course it featured video rendition of the project and its alignment based from the blueprints released before this video was made. Second of all, the extension to Alabang is a seperate project from Skyway Stage 3 and is not involved from the budget of MMSS3. That extension your talking about is the Skyway Extension Project which will extend the existing Metro Manila Skyway Main Toll Plaza near Sucat towards south to Susana Heights.

@@alexanderricarte22x I'm only following the satellite imagery as I don't traverse the areas where this is being constructed. There was no significant changes on the on the road structure where this is being built except the closed lanes and some patch areas where there are already foundations, heck I could not see a trace of any foundation on the river as of April 2016 really. The are no cemented parts whatsoever of the skyway, The one I saw from the satellite is the old one reaching give or take a kilometer but not cemented from the old skyway northward. The rest are just patches of foundations, mostly closed roads as it seems in the satellite as of 2016. Very slow progress of construction really. IDK if thats supposed to be that slow, but I've seen a flyover of 2 kilometers long started & built here in give or take 2 yrs time w/c is the cavitex southlink flyover.

pocholo montales before pa maimplement ang flying cars, maraming pang changes na kailangan mangyari.. air traffic rules pa lang.. and indi lang basta basta driver’s license kailangan nun, pilot’s license na yun..
