I thought I saw them on a certain website as a tip shoe but I miss read the site name. That's how I chose them. I ordered a 9, and they were definitely to small but that's what size I should need. And I called a few times. The worst was the most odd experience and frustrating. The shipping was $9.99 and to exchange them I have to pay for shipping. I don't trust that they will send me shoes to replace them. They said go to USPS and when I get the tracking number call and give it to them. I usually catch this crap and I got so angry at myself. I am not going to return them. I am going to see if I know someone who will be able to fit in them. I don't have money to be losing it like that but talking to them, things I saw later and this video tells me that I don't need to waste my time.
