Great casting in this movie, I just can't imagine it without Bill Murray, and Andie McDowell, even Chris Eliot, but all the characters are so real. Ronald Reagan was the first choice for Rick in Casablanca, it wouldn't be the same without bogie, or Ingrid for that matter.
