Grounding / Earthing voltage test

With a multi meter I measured some changes when grounding / earthing my body. I noticed some changes on the meter even though I was not connected.

Your red lead can be thought of an Antenna, given you've grounded one. So the ADCs are measuring the RF noise. You're changing the circuit depending on where you stand, by changing the capacitance of the circuit. You can be thought of as an equivalent inductance, capacitance, and resistance, when you're holding the lead, you're changing the circuit and this picks up different frequencies, and the multimeter averaging shows this as different values. Basically, RF is just magic, and you're measuring noise.

This is not correct. Grounded bodies repel low frequency EMF. He is repelling the 60 Hz AC field near the red lead. The closer he gets to the lead the lower the induced charge measured on that lead.
