He is very hygienic,. Everyone in very much worried about plastic on hot food, true; the bothering truth is using chemically bleached jaggery and then adding chemical food colour on it! Using pure dark jaggery will give an amazing colour to peanut brittle and it will be chemical free! Please think guys ; use pure dark naddu sarkkarai at home and in all commercial food preparations! Try to reduce chemical colours and use natural colours ; accept the food in its natural colour!
