Well using mobile phone has its own pros and cons and it totally depends on how much an individual is using the mobile phone and as everyone use to say "if you are going to use something in a limit it will not be harmful" but sometimes we cross these limits and it ends up becoming a problematic situation for us.

Even though there are cons, I would like to say that a mobile phone really helped people who would not have worked in another setting without phones. Like working moms, traditionally they would have worked at houses taking care of houseworks. But thanks to the technology, they can easily work outside homes and work more effectively, taking care of houseworks too. There are even apps to watch over babies at home.

In todays world, everyone is using mobile phone. But the large majority is youngsters. They spend their whole time using mobile phones. They have killed their creative mind. They use phone but they even dont know how the app was built. So mobile phones are causing paralysis not from inside from outside also. It makes the youngsters not to go out and play physically.
