You will be provided accommodation for free and food facilities on payable basis. Good work culture but depends on site to site and your team leader.

What type of questions they ask in aptitude exam ?

Mostly based on your projects, internships...n few objective questions of civil engineering . Say slenderness ratio, buckling of column, estimation, etc

Within 2 months. The timelines may change there is no fixed timelines for as such. But definitely you will get well before joining
