Now we approach the end of the line. All the levels played, all the films seen, every last show is slipping away with nothing to be done. Whether the patient has come to terms with their condition in the previous stage, all that is left here is an increasingly forgetful, erratic elder who is losing sight of himself as his most treasured memories come and go. Delusions strengthen tenfold, and towards the end we see childhood memorabilia begin to take on the form of hallucinations before growing so terrible to the point of utter debilitating stupor.
