Group Yoga Demonstration on IDY - 2024

On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, Department of Yoga Education, Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar organized Six Days National Workshop on the title of "Yoga, Alternative & Complementary Therapies : Concept & Techniques - 12th to 21st June 2024. Every day of the workshop beautified with different types of performances like dances, Yoga demonstrations and poetry, performed by Departmental Students. So, this wonderful performance is one of them.
