I thought sarcastically, "5 minute workout, yeah right!" Well, I tried it and did the pulsing jump squat for 30 seconds, my knees could not handle the frog jump, I did the vertical jump for 30 seconds, did the high knee for about 25 seconds and then collapsed. After that, I sweated for about 20 minutes! I will try this every second day, and eventually might be able to do the whole thing at the recommended time.
@GroupHIIT6 жыл бұрын
Haha hope it made you feel great afterwards! Next time, you can replace frog jump with a mountain climber to go easy on your knees. Our workouts get easier the more you do them. Good luck!

I used to run a mile and half a day until my treadmill broke so I’ve been doing this the last couple weeks and honestly I think I’m getting in better shape than I was running that mile and a half and that usually took me over 10 minutes! Great vid!!!

Is 5 minutes a day good enough to actually help lose weight? Or would you repeat this 3x so you'd have a 15 minute workout? Any advice on what's best would be really appreciated
@GroupHIIT4 жыл бұрын
Hi, yes 5 minutes can make a difference but 15 will help you see changes faster.

A Sister with certain body types. Some body types benefit more from a high intensity and quick work out every other day more than 20 or 30 minutes on a treadmill or other longer workouts everyday. While others need a longer one to lose wait. Try to figure out your body type, do a little research and then pick i your work outs based on that! It will work much better if your get the workout and diet (if you are doing a diet) right for your life!

Came here from Chloe Ting's. I was able to do her's until I realized by 5th day, her workouts are way too advanced for me. I did every moves there but not accomplishing some of them longer or on time or at it's pace. My body was shaking, couldnt balance properly on some of her workouts. Went here and I was able to do everything. I'm still breathing hard but not dying. When my body gets used to this, will definitely check out your next level work out to this! ❤ I'll check out if I can do Chloe Ting's properly after all these 😅 Edit: after almost 2 weeks of doing this, tried Chloe Ting's and I was able to keep up with it! Still have longer breaks but it was a major improvement! Definitely will recommend this vid for beginners. Thank you! Will try your intermediate next week!
