Hey Nick Stepic what the do is put a tarp over the silage and let it ferment and take the tap of and feed to cattle mainly.

This is some sort of silage operation. The material (grass, corn, etc) is piled, packed down and stacked it is then stored and used as needed.. to feed cattle
